Tuula Kaakinen

Tuula Kaakinen is a finnish designer living in Tampere, Finland. She graduated with a degree in fashion design, but has been mainly working with graphic and textile design for the past years. Tuula runs her own design studio DesignKomitea in Tampere. Her greatest source of inspiration is everyday life. As a mother of two little kids she often picks up ideas by observing people and life on kids playgrounds and sandpits. As a designer Tuula tries to create sustainable products with a playful touch and good mood.
