Personal Statement
The professional and academic path in Architecture has been structured and developed in parallel with the Arts, defining a straight connection with it. The artwork developed since 2011 is based on structuring forms and colors in a way that they form a still image of a “subject” in motion. This “subject” – the main focus of the painting - can be an emotion, a meditative state, a personal situation occurred or simply a thought or an idea that suddenly appears in the canvas and it’s demanding for a physical existence.
Lives and works in Porto, Portugal.

O percurso profissional e académico que tenho vindo a estruturar, desenvolve-se em paralelo com a área da Arte encontrando-se sempre em estreita conexão. O trabalho artístico desenvolvido desde 2011 é baseado em estruturas, formas e cores que estabelecem uma imagem fixa de um "sujeito" em movimento. Este "sujeito" - o foco principal da pintura - pode ser uma emoção, um estado meditativo, uma situação pessoal que ocorreu ou simplesmente um pensamento ou uma ideia que surge na tela, exigindo existência física.
Vive e trabalha em Porto, Portugal.
